Account deletion
Delete your account and app data.

Explore Everything provides an in-app path to permanently delete an account and its linked data.
Delete inside the app
Sign in to Explore Everything, open Profile, choose Delete account, read the warning, type DELETE and select Delete permanently. The request is authenticated and completed by a protected server function.
What is deleted
The account and linked profile, Adventure+ entitlement, favourites, passport visits and saved adventures are deleted under the database’s account-deletion rules. User-scoped favourites and passport caches are also removed from that device.
What may remain briefly
Short-lived provider backups, fraud-prevention or security records, and information that must be retained by law may remain for a limited period. Final backup and legal retention periods must be confirmed before public release.
Cannot access the app?
A public support email or deletion-request form must be added here before store publication so people can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Identity verification will be required to protect accounts from unauthorised deletion.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. A temporary test account should be used when verifying the deletion process before release.
