Terms and Conditions
The ground rules for exploring.
Effective 28 July 2026 · Version 1.1
These terms describe responsible app use and the limits of changing travel information.
Using Explore Everything
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use the app lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and should report suspected compromise.
Travel information and safety
Places, opening hours, prices, weather, accessibility and journey times can be incomplete, estimated or change without notice. Confirm important details before travel. Explore Everything is not an emergency, navigation or safety service. Follow official advice, closures, signs and local rules.
Adventure plans
Plans are suggestions built from approved-place information and user choices. They do not guarantee availability, accessibility, road conditions, suitability or completion. Users remain responsible for decisions, supervision, equipment and personal safety.
User content
Reviews, profile text and other submissions must be lawful, accurate and yours to share. Unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material may be moderated or removed.
Adventure+ and payments
Premium access depends on an active server-managed entitlement. Final prices, renewal, cancellation, refund and billing-provider terms must be added before paid subscriptions are sold. Developer testing controls do not create customer access.
Third-party services
Maps, places, weather, websites and other external services are provided by third parties. Their availability and content are outside our control and their terms may apply.
Suspension and deletion
Access may be restricted for security, unlawful activity or serious breach. You can permanently delete your account from Profile. Deletion cannot be undone.
Liability, law and changes
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and consumer rights remain protected. The service does not guarantee that all information is complete or continuously available. Final governing-law, business identity, contact and dispute wording requires professional confirmation before publication.
